Classic shortcrust pastry with custard cream and fruit.

Soft sponge cake with a light vanilla soak, Chantilly cream, strawberry puree, and decorated with dollops of Chantilly cream and berries.

Chocolate Bunny
A soft cocoa whipped dough filled with gianduia custard cream, decorated on top with a berry button.

Duetto
No food gelatine in our mousses. The base is shortcrust pastry, while the heart is a raspberry coulis and a soft ganache.

Sacher
Cocoa whipped dough with two layers of filling: one of chocolate custard cream and the other of raspberry jam, covered with a thin layer of apricot jam and a chocolate glaze.
